Whether it’s Spring and your prepping your landscape for new plantings or Fall and you’re clearing your yard for winter you’re going to need an affordable place to take your yard waste. You can take it to a landfill, but they’re expensive – about 3 times the cost of our facility – and they don’t recycle it. When you bring your yard waste to us you save money and know your waste is not going to... waste. We recycle everything you bring us and give it back to Idaho in a value-added form.
In addition to saving you money on landfill fees we can save you time if your project calls for you to pick up other landscape project materials. Our facility supplies Boise area residents with barks, mulch, compost and topsoil. It’s an all in one landscape shop.

Recycling Benefits
When you decide to participate in recycling you’re impacting the local and global environment more than you may realize. Here’s a list of some of the ways you’re making a positive impact when you decide to use a green recycling center like Tree Top Recycling.
Recycling Reduces Landfill Waste
Nearly everything that’s taken to a typical landfill is never used again. It only adds to the massive garbage pile and takes up valuable land space.
Reduction of Incineration
Burning trash or debris is common practice at most landfills and slash pits. The incineration only adds smoke to the air degrading the local air quality during burns.
Recycling Saves Energy
Producing products from recycled materials requires less energy than making them from new raw materials. For example, making paper from pulped recycled paper uses 40% less energy than making it from virgin wood fibers.
Recycling Conserves Natural Resources
Recycling wood helps conserve trees and forests. You can always plant more trees, but they take time to grow, and every time you harvest them it impacts ecosystems and wildlife.
Add Value to the Community
Recycled yard waste is turned into value-added products like compost and topsoil. When properly processed these items provide valuable nutrients that are added back into the earth and result in beautiful and fruitful landscapes.
